The building is proposed as an element completely open to the city, an open book that respects urban alignments, that opens at the corner, in such a way that it establishes itself as an entry point from the old part of the city to the ne: to culture, integration, knowledge and innovation; while creating a new urban space for the citizen, not only on a physical level, but also on a memory level. The building as a whole is a response to the events that occurred on May 29, 1991, by creating an urban void, which invites reflection and also on which the building revolves and surrounds, showing that any difference and intolerance can be fought with culture, opening the doors to knowledge and respect among all.
