Proposal for the development of a large area near Dang Dong China, in front of the green river, bordering North Korea. The purpose of the project was to achieve a new central area with housing commercial areas, offices, hotels, etc, on the hillside and all the necessary services at a urban level for the área. The design is based on the respect for the environment, trying not to make major modifications to the landscape, but working with it, allowing the architecture to occupy a natural and privileged space.
