Proposal based on the maximum use of the surface, the visuals and the climate. The houses proposed are completely open with continuous cross ventilation and with free and open spaces that allow the development of sustainable homes. The high-rise typology building is solved by giving a variable geometry with a play of volumes and materials, to avoid monotony and creating terraces that open to the outside.
