In a heritage protected building in Barcelona Eixample, a housing reform is carried out where it is played by maintaining and valuing all the existing construction elements and a current distribution for a modern family. Nolla mosaic floors has been recoverd as well as false ceilings with moldings, old doors and exposed brick walls; all in conjunction with current elements and materials, such as one-piece white neolith and natural oak wood.
