The project idea is to respond to a place as a connection and articulation between the Sant Idelfons neighborhood and the Gavarra de Cornellá neighborhood. This idea is expressed in a building as a twin of volumes where the materiality of the envelopes is part of the proposal. The tectonics of the exposed work serves as the first skin of the building, followed by balconies that have just integrated the building with the surroundings and that at the same time serve as protection from direct sunlight and as an important part of the building climate control.
