The project is based on the idea of maintaining the image of Casa Palet, as a traditional Mediterranean food restaurant and its long history for almost 100 years in the market. Thereby, as working in a food court in a shopping center, the proposal is developed creating an atmosphere and a style typical of traditional delicatessens in Barcelona, reusing native materials, such as white macael marble, glazed ceramic, natural wood. and iron. An open space with the possibility of compartmentalizing to create private dining rooms.
