The old stables of an old building on Carrer Ample in Barcelona, have served as the ideal setting for the development of the Chicken shop and Dirty Burger project, English concepts, born in a garage as Street food and which were implemented in Barcelona, in an alternative area and in need of new formats. The restoration of the original architecture of the premises, respect for it and the implementation of recycled and carefree elements, allowed to create an informal, warm and comfortable space concept where you can taste a simple meal of excellent quality.
