Housing rehabilitation, inside an old building, affected by the bombs in the civil war. In addition to an exhaustive rehabilitation and reinforcement at a structural level, the existing elements in the old building were brought out, such as slabs, exposed walls, polychrome ceilings, to enhance the new architecture. The structural reinforcements were adapted to be part of the architecture. The interior distribution tries to make the most of the facades and the light to generate wide and open spaces wrapped in a contemporary atmosphere.
